In case the chat service is offline, you will be asked to provide the following data in order to let us contact you: your name, your email and your message. The web live chat service is provided by Tawk.to.

Due to the standards of communications on the Internet, when you visit our website we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you come and the site you visit when you leave our website.
